If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using StudySpace.

2User Accounts, Security & RLS

To access personal workspace features (attendance tracking, timetable schedule, document vault, and note archives), you must authenticate through Supabase Auth (via Google OAuth or email). You agree to:

  • Provide authentic, accurate information during account creation.

  • Immediately notify us if you discover any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.

3Acceptable Use & Fair Storage

StudySpace is built solely for educational productivity. Document storage (powered by Cloudflare R2 and Supabase Storage) is reserved for academic materials such as syllabus outlines, lecture slides, research notes, and past examination papers. You agree not to:

  • Upload viruses, trojans, worms, malicious scripts, or corrupted files.
  • Upload non-educational media, illicit materials, or content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Abuse cloud resources through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or disproportionate request volumes.

6Service Availability & Disclaimer

StudySpace is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we prioritize high availability, resilient backups, and low-latency database performance, we do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted or free from unforeseen transient outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudySpace disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss. Students are encouraged to maintain periodic backups of important course papers.
